Paying subscribers can enjoy reading month to month or by going annually to ensure better value for themselves first up.

It is important to note that once a subscription is agreed to with us by you, we do not offer a refund simply for a change of mind.

This means that if you choose a monthly subscription and you decide down the track you wish to unsubscribe then all you need to do is select unsubscribe before your next billing is due and you won’t be billed any longer.

It is important to do this prior to your next billing date as once a renewal is accepted we cannot issue a refund for that new month so mark it in your calendar.

For annual subscribers seeking to unsubscribe we advise the following:

Be certain to select unsubscribe before your next billing period.

This can be done at any time although you may still receive what you have paid for initially up to whenever the next billing date was due.

In some instances depending on your locality, we may arrange a refund to what the month to month sum would be for a year less 6 months if you choose to unsubscribe within the first three months of the Australian calendar year.

Please note that subscription rates are subject to change and any refund on annual subscriptions issued will not be calculated by the current rate at the time of your unsubscribing, but of that which was valid at your initial sign up.

In the meantime, for anything outside of the first 6 months, we also recommend you refer a friend, acquaintance, family member or work colleague to subscribe with us and by doing so you will get to enjoy discounted membership by choosing to stay in the circle.
